Ms. McNeely has been with the firm since 1999 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2000.

Throughout her legal career, Ms. McNeely has practiced exclusively in the field of divorce and family law. She is proficient in handling all aspects of complex matrimonial and family law matters from initial intake through conclusion. She has appeared in the District, Family, and Supreme Courts throughout Suffolk and Nassau Counties. She has immense experience in all aspects of divorce and family law matters including negotiating settlements, conducting trials and hearings, proficient in enforcement and modification proceedings, preparing Appellate briefs, drafting Qualified Domestic Relations Orders, and handling adoption proceedings.
